Reports can be accessed from multiple locations throughout the app.
From the Main Navigation
Click "Reports" in the top navigation bar to access the reports hub with all available report types.
From a Student Profile
Navigate to any student's profile and click the "Reports" tab to see reports specific to that student.
From the Dashboard
The dashboard shows summary charts. Click any chart to open the full report with more details.
Keyboard Shortcut
Press G then R to navigate directly to Reports.
Report Types
Classroom Pulse offers several specialized report types to meet different needs.
Behavior Summary Report
All PlansA comprehensive overview of behavior frequency, duration, and intensity over time. Ideal for tracking overall progress.
Progress Report
Starter+Shows behavior trends over time with comparison to baseline data. Perfect for IEP progress monitoring.
ABC Analysis Report
Starter+Analyzes antecedent-behavior-consequence patterns to identify function and triggers. Essential for FBA work.
Time-of-Day Analysis
Professional+Breaks down behavior occurrence by time of day and day of week to identify temporal patterns.
Custom Report Builder
Professional+Create personalized reports by selecting specific behaviors, metrics, chart types, and date ranges.

Select "Custom" from the date dropdown
This opens the date picker calendar.
Choose your start date
Click the first day you want to include in the report.
Choose your end date
Click the last day. The range is highlighted between the dates.
Click "Apply"
The report refreshes with data for your selected range.

Charts & Graphs
Visual representations make data easier to understand and share. Here are the chart types available in Classroom Pulse.
Line Charts
Best for showing trends over time. Ideal for tracking progress toward goals and comparing multiple behaviors.
Bar Charts
Great for comparing totals between behaviors, time periods, or categories like antecedents.
Pie Charts
Shows proportions and percentages. Useful for visualizing behavior distribution or function analysis.
Heat Maps
Displays intensity across dimensions like time of day and day of week. Quickly spot patterns.

Data Tables
In addition to visual charts, reports include detailed data tables for precise analysis.
Summary Tables
Aggregate data showing totals, averages, and statistics for each behavior.

Click column headers to sort by that field. Click again to reverse order.
Filtering
Use the filter icon to narrow results by behavior, date, intensity, or other fields.
Pagination
Large datasets are paginated. Choose 25, 50, or 100 rows per page.
Search
Use the search box to find specific entries by keyword in notes or other text fields.
Trend Analysis
Trend analysis helps you understand whether behaviors are increasing, decreasing, or stable over time.
Trend Indicators
Positive trend - target behavior is reducing
Positive trend - replacement behavior is increasing
No significant change detected
Concerning trend - may need intervention adjustment
Statistical Measures

How to Export
Generate your report
Select the report type, student, and date range. Wait for the report to load.
Click the "Export" button
Located in the top-right corner of the report. A dropdown menu appears.
Choose your format
Select PDF, CSV, or Generate Link. For PDF, you can customize options before downloading.
Download or copy
PDF and CSV download immediately. Links are copied to your clipboard.

Reports are designed to print cleanly on standard paper sizes.
Print Options
Export to PDF first (recommended)
Export the report as PDF, then print from your PDF viewer for best results.
Or use browser print
Press Ctrl/Cmd + P while viewing the report. The page layout adjusts for printing.
Recommended Print Settings
- Paper size:Letter (8.5" x 11") or A4
- Orientation: Portrait for most reports, Landscape for wide tables
- Margins: Normal or Narrow
- Background graphics: Enable for charts to print in color
