Reports can be generated on-demand, scheduled automatically, or shared via secure links. All reports maintain FERPA compliance and include only the data you choose to share.

Generating Reports
Generate reports from the Reports page or directly from a student's profile.
Navigate to Reports
Click Reports in the left sidebar navigation, or click Generate Report from a student's profile page.

Step 1: Navigate to Reports
Show the Reports link in the sidebar navigation
Select Student and Report Type
Choose your options:
- Student: Select one or multiple students
- Report Type: Choose from the available report types
- Date Range: Select the period to include
- Behaviors: Filter to specific behaviors (optional)

Configure Options
Customize the report content:
- Include Charts: Add visual representations
- Include Raw Data: Append detailed incident logs
- Include AI Summary: Add AI-generated insights (Professional+)
- Redact Names: Use initials for privacy

Generate and Download
Click Generate Report. The report will be created and available for download. For PDF reports, a new tab will open with the formatted document. Click the download button to save locally.
Quick Report Shortcut
Use keyboard shortcut ⌘ + P from any student page to quickly generate a behavior summary report.

Keep parents informed with automated progress reports and secure sharing. Parent communication features are designed to highlight progress while maintaining appropriate boundaries.

Sending a Parent Report
Go to Parent Communications
Navigate to Parent Communications from the sidebar, or click Share with Parent from a student report.

Step 1: Go to Parent Communications
Show the Parent Communications menu
Select Content
Choose what to include in the parent report:
- Date range for the report
- Specific behaviors to highlight
- Progress charts and visualizations
- Positive behavior achievements

Show the parent report content selector
Preview and Customize
Review the generated report. You can:
- Edit the summary text
- Add personal notes or comments
- Remove specific sections
- Adjust the tone and language

Show the report preview with edit options
Send or Share
Choose your delivery method:
- Email: Send directly to parent's email address
- Secure Link: Generate a time-limited link to share
- Download PDF: Save to share manually
Parent Portal Access
Parents can also be invited to view a read-only parent portal where they can see progress updates, upcoming goals, and positive behavior highlights.Learn more about the parent portal
