Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal authorized purposes.

You retain rights in the data and content you submit, but you grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that data to provide the service.

If you send feedback or product suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

8. Privacy, AI, and regulated workflows

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, and our Data Processing Agreement may apply where Classroom Pulse processes customer personal data on a customer's behalf.

Important limitations

  • Classroom Pulse is not a substitute for legal, medical, psychological, or clinical advice
  • AI-assisted features provide drafts or workflow support only
  • Customers remain responsible for decisions, interventions, and communications based on platform outputs

Customers must evaluate whether their use of the service fits their own institutional, district, or procurement requirements.

9. Warranties, liability, and service availability

Classroom Pulse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except as otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law

  • We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid to Classroom Pulse in the 12 months before the claim arose

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Suspension, termination, and changes

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, breach of these terms, or legal necessity.

On termination

  • Access to the service may end immediately
  • Contract or billing obligations already incurred remain due
  • Data export and deletion timing will follow the applicable plan, support workflow, contract, or legal requirement

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and may also be communicated by email, in-product notice, or contract workflow when appropriate.

Texas law governs these terms unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Venue, dispute process, or procurement terms may differ in signed institutional contracts.

Contact the legal or support teams for procurement questions, billing issues, or contract redlines.
